Habitat Restoration WorkParty We are planning a series of events at Bell’s Mountain to help prepare for our fall gathering. Before we can bring a large group of people to the landscape, we have a responsibility to make sure the current non-human residents are taken care of. Date tbd for a Habitat Restoration work party for at risk Torrent Salamander with Land Listening by ecologist Heather Swift of Cohabitats, restoration plan developer for Bells Mountain. Stay tuned to be part of a project centered on restoring salamander habitat and creating protective paths for them. We will gather for a 1-day event to join hearts, hands and minds to prevent future damage and reconcile the landscape back to be a safe home for our amphibious friends. More details soon! |

Saturday February 25th save the date to be a part of a project centered on restoring salamander habitat and creating protective paths for them. Given the history of the land, there are building projects and foot trails in sensitive salamander habitat that can't be undone without further harming the space. We will gather for a 1-day event to join hearts, hands and minds to prevent future damage and reconcile the landscape back to be a safe home for our amphibious friends. → Action: Save the date! 1-day event includes Pizza Party dinner with option to camp.
